Ordered 1 cord of wood. Delivery promised before noon on a Saturday and came mid-afternoon. After stacking wood, I measured the wood pile. Delivery was less than 3/4 of a cord! Called to complain, and they did deliver the remaining amount - no questions asked other than what was the dimensions of the wood pile. Prior to call, I called county division of weights & measure. They gave me the impression, I was not the first one to complain about Brights firewood. Their delivery truck is partitioned into 1/2 cord sections. It's hard to believe this was an honest mistake as all you have to do is fill the bins within the truck. Their price was $30 higher than some other quotes I received, however, the previous owner of this business, HP Wood, always gave me good service, so I thought I would give them a try.\r

If you order firewood from Brights, make sure you measure after stacking. A cord of wood is 128 cubic feet i.e. a pile of wood that is 8 feet long, 4 feet wide, and 4 feet high.
Cons: Shorted order by at least 1/4 cord
