Review content:
I ordered firewood from this place for the third year in a row. As always, it was delivered quickly. It is priced a little higher than other places but we have had luck in previous years. This year it arrived and 95% of the pieces are so big they will not fit in our fireplace. My husband called to tell them and the owner proceeded to tell him that he would have to get a chain saw and cut them all, at which point my husband said this was unacceptable and that he paid for cut firewood and he should not have to cut it. The owner told him he was a lazy $%^%^^& and hung up on him. This is beyond my imagination that an owner of a business can treat a customer this way. My husband works 70+ hours a week not to mention coaching kids teams, he has no time to cut firewood.
