Called and spoke to John regarding wood for my upcoming family camping trip and could not believe how unprofessional this guy was. \r

In a nut shell I asked John for the hours of operation and was told in a non professional voice that his operation does not have a set schedule and that I should call before coming up. I then asked John if I could pre-pay and come later tonight and pickup wood myself and again in a negative non professional voice was told no one would be onsite and for me to call. \r

John then preceded to tell me he is a pilot and this wood business is a secondary job. He also said in the past he had some trouble with campers trying to steal his wood and if I try and steal his wood he would prosecute. Not sure where this came from as I would never steal anything. \r

Truthfully, all I was trying is to do is purchase wood for our family camping trip and schedule a time for me to come onsite and pick up my order. Could have done without the unprofessionalism and accusations.
