Brighter Dental - Robbinsville

THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN. These people have no consideration for their customers at all. I had 3 impacted wisdom teeth, had to wait two weeks for see a dentist and another two weeks to make a pre-op with the oral surgeon. I had to re-arrange my work schedule to make it in for my 4pm appointment. cut to a few days later when I received an EMAIL- not call- that I would have to come in at 6:30, forcing me to now have to take off of my night job as she's only available Thursdays, to only be told THE DAY BEFORE my appointment that my appointment would have to be cancelled because the surgeon had to leave at 4:30 (meaning my original appointment would have been okay). Of course I was VERY upset, and they ended up setting me up with the dentist AGAIN for a pre-op. I then got my surgery, and after had extreme bruising and pain. I went for a post-op, and was met with an extremely bad attitude and harsh reaction. Not what I was expecting considering I had two black eyes, could barely speak, and was crying from how much pain I was in. I'm now going for a SECOND post-op, and has to wait an extended amount of time because of their inability to accommodate my schedule. I'm in customer service and scheduling myself and I have never and would never treat a customer the way I have been treated by these people. I wish I could give zero stars, because that's all they deserve. I hate this place, and hope after my second post-op that I never have to see these people again. more

I have never had a problem with Brighter Dental. First of all I like when you walk in the door that "dentist" smell does not hit you in the face. You are not waiting long at all. All the dentists I've seen have been very nice and have helped me with little to no pain at all. This is not "fake news". They are not my regular dentist, but I do go there for specialty work. I wouldn't go anywhere else. more

This place is the pits-- all their 5 star reviews are likely from someone who works there or has a vested interest! Why else have 5 stars for EVERY LOCATION! I doubt the person went to EVERY LOCATION! I don't like places that probably use fake reviews as a marketing tool. If you're so good, you wouldn't need to post fake reviews! And no other place has soooo many reviews. No one LOVES their dentist that much, it's just too fake! I have actually been here and it was awful. They did some work and it was the worst experience of my life. The work not only hurt, but I believe they messed up. So I was Mad. Mad. Mad. This is the worst place I have ever been to, and if they were so good, they would not need to post fake reviews and threaten people with lawsuits for saying that they had a bad experience here. Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY! I read a review where that person recommended that you go to the local library and ask the librarian for their dentist. Go anywhere but here, go to someone who is recommended by someone who has been around this area! As mentioned before, now that I have been in this area for awhile, I met people who have been threatened by this place after posting a bad review. They said this place called them and harrassed them. All because of a bad review. Like I said, if they were so good, they wouldn't need to threaten anyone over a bad review. Weirdos! more
