THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER BEEN. These people have no consideration for their customers at all. I had 3 impacted wisdom teeth, had to wait two weeks for see a dentist and another two weeks to make a pre-op with the oral surgeon. I had to re-arrange my work schedule to make it in for my 4pm appointment. cut to a few days later when I received an EMAIL- not call- that I would have to come in at 6:30, forcing me to now have to take off of my night job as she's only available Thursdays, to only be told THE DAY BEFORE my appointment that my appointment would have to be cancelled because the surgeon had to leave at 4:30 (meaning my original appointment would have been okay). Of course I was VERY upset, and they ended up setting me up with the dentist AGAIN for a pre-op. I then got my surgery, and after had extreme bruising and pain. I went for a post-op, and was met with an extremely bad attitude and harsh reaction. Not what I was expecting considering I had two black eyes, could barely speak, and was crying from how much pain I was in. I'm now going for a SECOND post-op, and has to wait an extended amount of time because of their inability to accommodate my schedule. I'm in customer service and scheduling myself and I have never and would never treat a customer the way I have been treated by these people. I wish I could give zero stars, because that's all they deserve. I hate this place, and hope after my second post-op that I never have to see these people again.
