I have a longstanding relationship with Bridwell Automotive Center. Jack is phenomenal. He understands that I do not want to fix every little thing on my car. I want a car triage....

Outstanding service, great prices im telling everyone about Bridwells 2/24/2012

I first went to Bridwells to get gas and found out that they are a old style Full Service Gas Station which meant they cleaned my windows, checked my tires and all my fluids under my hood for me! I then brought my car in for some service work and I was amazed how much cheaper they were than the dealership was. Jack the service manager was great to work with and gave me updates on how my car was doing. Awesome people great prices Im telling all my friends about this place!! more

Great work! 11/21/2011

I've gone to Bridwell Automotive Center about 5-6 times for various things. I first found their website online where they were highly recommended. I found their head mechanic to be really good and extremely open with procedures and cost and explanations. I really like dealing with him. I think it would be great if all of the mechanics there could be more open and explain things a little better to the customer so they understand. The work there is great, I absolutely have no issues with that! Matt Hoag more

Professional company! 11/4/2011

This wasn't my first experience with Bridwell Automotive Center, I've been there before with good results. Recently, I had my car in there in May, it was leaking coolant. I went back to Chicago, and it was still leaking coolant so when I came back, I brought it back in and paid another large sum of money to have it fixed. I'm not sure how to rate the quality of their work because I'm still waiting to see if they fixed this issue. Otherwise, everyone there is professional and do a very good job. more

Cost-effective and professional. 10/21/2011

This was my first experience with Bridwell Automotive Center. I had a car, that I brought into them. It required a new transmission. They worked it out so that it was the most cost-effective, in my favor. I would definitely go back and highly recommend them to anybody. more

I get great service whenever I go there, and that's really all I'm after! 9/30/2011

My entire family takes our cars to Bridwell Automotive Center. They are priced competitively and provide great, honest service! I'm always recommending them to people. They've taken care of my old clunker I keep around as well as my brand new truck. The Service Manager Jack is really good at understanding my car care. He is really good at prioritizing what really matters and needs to be fixed. He also understands if I say no to having repairs done, and won't go ahead and do them. If he sees something that might need to be fixed because of a safety reason, he'll tell me, and if it's something that can wait, he'll also let me know that and we'll come back to it later. They're not perfect, but they are the first garage I've ever been to that will say, "hey that's our fault, we'll fix it" and then do. Anyone who claims to be perfect is hiding something! Friendly, professional, timely and extremely knowledgeable! 9/29/2011

Bridwell Automotive Center has got quality servicemen at their shop. They are thorough and experienced. I also really like how the take time to explain everything to me, who is not a mechanic and has no idea what is going on. As a woman who is single, I love the fact that they will drive you home or to work, I think that is fabulous! I think their prices are very reasonable too. Everyone there is very conscientious about the customer's time, and work to get things done within the time frame they've given to you, and if they can't make it they are very communicative with you. They also keep good records and history on everything your car has gone through, they are really very detailed comments so they'll always let you know what your car needs done. Well worth the trip. 9/20/2011

I had a very good experience at Bridwell Automotive Center. I was in Scottsdale for a while from out of town, and this was the only time I have been there. Everything came out really well, and not being from the area it was nice to be able to put my trust in a place that I knew practically nothing about. That trust was not betrayed. I had the mechanics at Bridwell do some brake work, some engine work, and some overall maintenance to get me back across the country. One thing I really liked about the service was that it seemed like I was talking directly with the person who worked on my car. This gentleman was very personable and friendly. I have no complaints about Bridwell. It's a full-service type of place, and you don't see that very often these days. Even if you're there just to get gas, they will pump it for you and wash your windshield. It's a nice touch from the past, and I'm glad they keep it going. more

Bridwell Automotive Center has been excellent. The most recent time I used them they had a very extensive job of diagnosing what the problem was with the car. They followed through with me, keeping me abreast of what was happening because this was going to be a warranty job concerning an aftermarket part. They kept me apprised of the situation, took care of all the details, and I was very happy with it all. more

Bridwell Automotive Center is a good place with nice people. It's one of the last full service gas stations in the neighborhood, and I go there to buy gas and have my car worked on. Jack is my mechanic, and he is a stand up guy. more

Bridwell Automotive Center is good, and I have already recommended them to several people. I've used them of and on for several years for several vehicles. They have had everything in there, from my wife's Mercedes, my Tahoe, my 1974 VW, which was the latest one in there, and I think they even had my motor home in there once. Seemed excessive for a 90,000 mile checkup. 9/7/2011

I needed my 90,000 mile tune up and I asked Bridwell Automotive Center for my serpentine belt to be replace and my transmission to be adjusted because it would jump around. It ended up to be $4000, but I really don't see a difference. It drives just as bad as it always did. The transmission still slips, so I ended up taking that to someone else. Also, for some reason the gentleman did not want to fix the air conditioner, so I took it some place else for that too. The work at Bridwell Automotive Center took 3 days to complete, so I had to pay for a rental vehicle for 3 days. It all seemed a bit excessive for 90,000 mile checkup. I know the serpentine belt probably was expensive and what not. I was also told when I went somewhere else that the last time I got my oil changed they didn't do the transmission fluid, though they might have just wanted to get more money out of me, so I didn't blame Bridwell for that. Customer service is exemplary! 8/25/2011

We're snowbirds, spending half our time in Arizona and the other half in Canada. When we're in Arizona, we've used Bridwell Automotive Center quite a bit for our car there. The first time we used them, they gave us a good discount for being new customers, which was great! They provide great customer service. At their shop, the customer really does come first. They get the work done in a timely manner and will set you up with a rental if necessary with good rates. We've recommended them to friends in the Arizona area. more

Overall, I think that Bridwell Automotive Center do really good work. They've worked on both mine and my daughter's cars. They are very nice and personable and close to where I live. I really appreciate that they always seem to explain everything well, because I know nothing about cars! I'd highly recommend their services! more

Convenience and quality of work. Not the cheapest by any means 8/19/2011

Bridwell Automotive Center has worked on a couple of my cars in the last six months. I've known about them for a long time. I chose Bridwell Automotive Center because of their convenience and quality of work. They're not the cheapest by any means though. They've done work on my cars' brakes, starters, batteries, air conditioning, among other work. more
