Bridge City Cafe

I DIDN'T receive my salad until another customer order a caesar salad. Sandwiches after sandwiches were being made and sent out. Customers after customers who order after me were getting their lunch because they got a sandwich and NOT a salad. If a lady didn't order a small salad, how long would I have to wait for my salad? I just think that it is stupid that I had to wait until another customer order salad before they made my salad. I waited for about 20 or so minutes for my salad. When I wrote to complain, this is what I got back. ""I am so sorry to hear about your negative experience at the caf? this morning! It our goal to have the very best customer service possible for all of our patrons! Please visit our store again for a complimentary lunch! Feel free to call me with any questions or concerns!"" They didn't even read my complaint. Excuse me but I wasn't there in the morning. Must have been an email they copy and paste for all the complaints they get. Looks like they don't care about their customers... more

The sandwiches are great and so are the cookies, but the cashiers are kind of rude sometimes. I understand where they're coming from, though, no worries :) keep up the delicious food. Pros: Good sandwiches Cons: Ridiculously expensive...6.95 for turkey sandwich with tomato and LETTUCE!! more

Recently I went to the Pardise Bakery at the mall for lunch...I love their dark molasses bread...and cookies! :) Anyway the sandwich was dry and I sent an email (which I dont normally do) to the company saying I was kind of disappointed. The next day I got a phone call from the manager/owner? of the location who personally apologized and indicated they had a temporary problem with the bakery. She ended up saying she was going to send me a free sandwich coupon and she did and then some. In today's society good customer service isnt always a given so I was very pleasantly surprised by Paradise. :) I'll definetly go back! Pros: cookies! customer service! Cons: kinda spendy more

The food is great, however, some of the servers have an attitude. It would go a long way for the servers to crack a smile every now and then. more

Yep - the sandwhiches are consistently good at PAradise and come with a great cookie. If you see the tortilla soup on the board, get it - it's awesome. more
