I had a similar experience shopping here. On the first visit, we had a wonderful sales associate who helped with everything. She really knew her stuff and was very accomodating. On the second visit, the manager and sales associates were arguing about a customer at the front counter while we stood there waiting to be helped. When we went back to pick out our bridesmaid dresses, the person who we set up an appointment with was not there. We got someone who didn't know anything about the dresses. She couldn't even find them. She said they were not there so I went and looked and found them myself within 5 minutes. When the bridesmaids were ordering the dresses, the sales associate also wrote down the wrong color. She wrote down the color code for silver instead of celadon. I double checked it before we left and caught the mistake. There was no apology whatsoever. 4 girls would have gotten the wrong dress. Eventually the dresses did come in and were gorgeous, but most of their products can be ordered elsewhere. I ordered my dress somewhere else, but my veil through them. They told me it would take 6 weeks. It took almost 4 months. They also lost track of my order and would not return my calls. Your wedding day is too important to leave it up to a group with poor customer service. I would definitely look elsewhere. more

I found my rehearsal dinner dress here on the rack - they told me I could buy it off the rack even if it was a sample one - I had put it on hold for me,,, I called several days and again the day of my rehearsal dinner to make sure it was ready for me to pick up with only a couple of hours to go until the dinner - I went to pick up and it was still on the rack and now the man who works there told me it was not for sale-- I had only 2 hours before my dinner and this dress was supposed to be ready for me to pick up!! They finally agreed after I amlost freaked out and made a hole in it from the security tag! They were not very nice about it and didn't try to recompensate me for the hole!\r Besides that, they ordered my mom the wrong purse and gave me the wrong 'poof' thing for under my dress... totally disorganized! more

Through improper store coding or just being inexperienced, the clerk wrote down the wrong code on the order. Silver instead of gold. Had the problem been addressed shortly, I called, I would have been satisfied with even a minimal offer to make amends. Where it gets crazy: I ASKED about the color code when we bought it! Later, the store shipped me my dress and veil without mentioning to me that they didnt match, even thought they inspect everything. Also, no invoice. I visited this store 4 times with at least 9 people plus family and MOH, who all saw me in the dress. It took 20 minutes to show them the dress and 3 hours to pick a veil to match it., with the help of said clerk. months later, I made the discovery of the problem at home when I put the products together-silver dress, gold veil. When I called the store to negotiate solutions, they flat out refused to admit a problem existed. Their manager tried to lie to me about the availability of the owner, tried to deceive me by telling me my dress is not made in a gold option and that I ""must not remember"" what I chose for my wedding day. She implied that I stupidly mismatched products, and chose a silver dress to complement my hispanic skin and grandmother's gold mantilla, my gold wedding theme...When I asked to check the sample color, I tried, they have avoided answering me yet. Also, after the manager failed to convince me that my dress was ""not"" made in gold, she made excuses such as ""its so popular its backordered, you would never have it in time"" (for my yet unplanned wedding more than a year away)Since this store is fighting this, I have to bring gold wedding plans to a crashing halt. I may be stuck with the wrong dress on the most important day ever. This store doesn't have anything others don't, and it has the worst reputation according to the certain bureaus not only in san diego but SoCal as well. Don't risk your gown here when other stores will jump to accomodate. Pros: lovely dresses, but thats everywhere plus cheaper than here Cons: bad bad customer service and policy more
