Through improper store coding or just being inexperienced, the clerk wrote down the wrong code on the order. Silver instead of gold. Had the problem been addressed shortly, I called, I would have been satisfied with even a minimal offer to make amends. Where it gets crazy: I ASKED about the color code when we bought it! Later, the store shipped me my dress and veil without mentioning to me that they didnt match, even thought they inspect everything. Also, no invoice. I visited this store 4 times with at least 9 people plus family and MOH, who all saw me in the dress. It took 20 minutes to show them the dress and 3 hours to pick a veil to match it., with the help of said clerk. months later, I made the discovery of the problem at home when I put the products together-silver dress, gold veil. When I called the store to negotiate solutions, they flat out refused to admit a problem existed. Their manager tried to lie to me about the availability of the owner, tried to deceive me by telling me my dress is not made in a gold option and that I ""must not remember"" what I chose for my wedding day. She implied that I stupidly mismatched products, and chose a silver dress to complement my hispanic skin and grandmother's gold mantilla, my gold wedding theme...When I asked to check the sample color, I tried, they have avoided answering me yet. Also, after the manager failed to convince me that my dress was ""not"" made in gold, she made excuses such as ""its so popular its backordered, you would never have it in time"" (for my yet unplanned wedding more than a year away)Since this store is fighting this, I have to bring gold wedding plans to a crashing halt. I may be stuck with the wrong dress on the most important day ever. This store doesn't have anything others don't, and it has the worst reputation according to the certain bureaus not only in san diego but SoCal as well. Don't risk your gown here when other stores will jump to accomodate.
Pros: lovely dresses, but thats everywhere plus cheaper than here
