I had a similar experience shopping here. On the first visit, we had a wonderful sales associate who helped with everything. She really knew her stuff and was very accomodating. On the second visit, the manager and sales associates were arguing about a customer at the front counter while we stood there waiting to be helped. When we went back to pick out our bridesmaid dresses, the person who we set up an appointment with was not there. We got someone who didn't know anything about the dresses. She couldn't even find them. She said they were not there so I went and looked and found them myself within 5 minutes. When the bridesmaids were ordering the dresses, the sales associate also wrote down the wrong color. She wrote down the color code for silver instead of celadon. I double checked it before we left and caught the mistake. There was no apology whatsoever. 4 girls would have gotten the wrong dress. Eventually the dresses did come in and were gorgeous, but most of their products can be ordered elsewhere. I ordered my dress somewhere else, but my veil through them. They told me it would take 6 weeks. It took almost 4 months. They also lost track of my order and would not return my calls. Your wedding day is too important to leave it up to a group with poor customer service. I would definitely look elsewhere.
