My experience was extremely pleasant. I had the pleasure of working with Veronica who was more then helpful. She was patient to my needs and not pushy, but she quickly knew what I liked and made suggestions that I might not have tried unless she was there. I also worked with Christine who was very sweet. In an added bonus, I got to meet Ines Di Santo who was gracious and kind and did not rush me into buying anything even though she knew I wanted one of her dresses!! I highly suggest Bridal Reflections and look forward to working with them going forward. I purchased my Ines dress there and it is exactly what I wanted.
