I ordered my gown from the Bridal Garden 2 years ago, and I had an excellent consultant-- Andra. She offered suggestions, had me try on a wide variety of gowns, and never once did I feel pushed. My bridesmaids ordered their dresses there, and they had positive experiences as well. The alterations they did were excellent and met my expectations-- and I was a very nervous, picky bride! They also discounted their dresses, which was nice.\r

We went back last week because now my sister is engaged, and we had a very similar experience. Our consultant-- I forget her name-- was very sweet and down to earth, and very helpful. She was knowledgeable about the gowns and what would look good on my sister, she was mindful of prices (because we do not want to spend $5000!!), and she NEVER tried to push us into buying. The whole experience was wonderful, and I have come to appreciate it even more since we went to Suky in Ardmore yesterday, which by comparison was awful! (cold and pushy staff, very high-priced gowns). I would highly recommend the Bridal Garden to anyone shopping for a gown-- you will have a very personal, great experience.
Pros: Attentive, down to earth staff, wide selection of gowns, great alterations
Cons: Gowns can be a bit pricey-- don't go unless you want to spend at least $1000
