I've had two separate experiences here - both of which were horrible. The first is when I was looking for a bridal gown. I must've waited an eternity for someone, anyone, to acknowledge that I was standing there. The consultants looked me up and down a few times but not one of them offered to help (this probably had to do with the fact that I didn't look like I just walked out of a high priced salon, like their other customers). Needless to say, I walked out.\r

Although I swore I would never go back there again, all I needed the second time around was a slip. I figured everyone deserves a second chance. I walked in and went up to a sales associate. She took off her glasses, looked me up and down and asked if she could help me. When I told her I just wanted to look at any slips they had in stock, she told me they were shorthanded and no one could help me (there was only one other person in the store!). \r

I'm not one to usually write reviews, but this place certainly seems to lives up to the reputation they have built for themselves. Unless you look like you have money, and actually have money to spend I would suggest you stay far away from this place. There are enough other bridal stores in the area who are much more deserving of your time and hard earned money.
