Their staff is awful. The manager and the woman in charge of bridesmaid dresses- Iryna are completely unprofessional and phony. They say things to appease you to make the sale. They are insulting and could use some assistance in etiquette and how to deal with customers. I would never go back there again and will make sure all of my friends stay far away from there. They clearly show that they do not care at all about their customers. There are plenty of better places to go where the customers are actually treated with some respect. Talk about rude people. They make their customers feel bad! The place is a joke. more

Great Service!! Great Quality!! 11/29/2011

After searching at 3 different Bridal stores around the Philadelphia area, I still had not found the right dress. I approached The Bridal Garden, thinking that I may find a dress but that it would be out of my price range. As I arrived the wait was rather short and my mother, sister and I were excorted to a private fitting room. This was the first out of any place I had been to where I had my own large private fitting room.\r \r We worked with Kye, who was AMAZING! She was so receptive to all of my requests, worked quickly though thouroughly. She had a great personality and was so able to grasp my vision of a dress. \r \r When I had my dress choices down to two, she helped ask just the right questions to help me determine which was the best dress for me. She brought me to the larger mirror and added the veil and crystal headpiece to complete the look. \r \r I highly recommend the Bridal Garden and Kye as a Bridal Consultant!! \r more

Debbie is amazing and has impeccable taste. There was not a single gown that was not beautiful which you would think makes things more difficult, but with Debbie's guidance and expertise, it was an easy and pleasant experience. more

Big day 7/28/2011

I went with my sister as I am her only sibling and best friend, to look for her dress for the big day. I was a bit embarrassed at first as everyone was female, but the service was wonderful and Debbie was extremely knowledgeable and provided great insights for my sis. I can't wait for her big day. I know she'll be happy with her dress and her day. more

Dream dress 7/27/2011

I found my dream dress here! Mary Ellen helped me try on several dresses and was very patient while I debated over and over which color to order my dress in. The consultants here are very friendly, not pushy, and seem genuinely invested in helping brides find ""the one."" Additionally, they have a selection of beautiful dresses--the best in Jersey. more
