I came to the store with a friend who was also getting married. Unfortunately the sales girl who was really nice, told me incorrect availability of the dress that I picked and found out almost too late that my wedding dress didn't come in the color combination that I chose. This caused me to start over and buy from another shop and got charged a rush fee. Second, the paperwork is so disorganized that they couldn't keep my wedding and my friend's wedding straight with dress styles, who has paid, dates, etc. It was a constant battle each time I went in. Third, when my bridesmaids came in one alteration was taken in instead of let out and it was a rush to make sure it was completed and looked nice prior to the wedding. I went to the Bridal Gallery in January 2005 to look for my wedding gown. My consultant, Nancy, could not have been nicer. She let us do our own thing, but also assisted us in any way we needed. The Bridal Gallery has a big selection of gowns and bridesmaid dresses that are beautiful. I bought my wedding gown on my first trip to look at dresses and I couldn't be happier with where I bought it! Pros: Friendly, Spacious, Lots of Choices Cons: expensive BM dresses more

Consultants assist brides in trying on gowns at this location. The bridal consultants tell you at the door that you will be assisted; it's not a surprise and should not be a cause for embarrassment. You will be provided with a bra and slip, shoes and jewelry to complete your look. The only girl who'd dislike this policy would be one without underwear!! Because girls are assisted, the gowns are cleaner, there are fewer missing beads and tears. and buying an in-stock gown doesn't mean it is going to look worn and soiled. We pamper our brides with lots of attention! You're not left in a dressing room to fumble with a zipper at Bridal Gallery. Come on in! more
