Honestly, it was a good experience, purchasing my gown from Bridal Depot. The interior is not fancy, but that simply means they are keeping the cost low which would in turn benefit the customers. All I wanted was to find a place that offers a good collection of gowns for a reasonable price, with as little hassle as possible. Once you pass all the superficial things, this place truly delivers. more

When I got my consultant, Rose, she was GREAT. She let me go through the dresses myself (other places pulled for me -- I preferred being able to do it myself) and then, after she saw what I pulled and liked, she pulled others that she thought I may like. more

I thought the inside was not too bad... it was far better than Ventura's!!!!!!!!! Rose was the associate that helped me with my dress. She was very nice. The seamstress there was also very helpful. Offering ideas and taking measurements. Will most likely go back here to get my dress hemmed. more

i have the best help that i can get .rose was the person that help me and she is the best ,she knows what she is doing .it took her 10 minutes to find my beautiful dress.i went to venturas first and i din't get no help ,they were rude and dirty.so please don't even think on going to venturas bridal you will waste your time .if you go to bridal depot ask for rose she will help you find you gown.thank you rose for making my weeding day beautiful . more

Bridal Depot saved the day!!! After being disappointed from another company TWICE!! Bridal depot provided the dress I needed for a wedding I was to be in. I called Thursday evening and the sales representative, Rose saved the day. They have huge selection of beautiful bridal dresses at affordable prices. I had an excellent customer service thanks to ROSE, she helped me in my dress selection, was very nice and was available to pick up my calls anytime. I was so surprised that my dress arrived within 8 weeks and it was so beautiful... Will definitely recommend this store more

Dora and Rose are extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent customer service! This is the second time I order my dress in this store and the customer service is always great. My experience overall was wonderful, it was one month before the wedding and I still had not found my wedding dress. I came in and one of their employees was very helpful she helped me pick out the perfect dress and was helpful to the end, to her i say thank you. One thing i have to add, it may be a bit pricey to shop there but the quality and service you receive at bridal depot is worth it. more

Bad experience. Service was not good- horrible. the day before my wedding there was still a stain on my dress- which was there from the first time I saw it-the dress was there for about two weeks to get the stain out-I had to keep calling every day- and they gave me the run around each time when I got there the day they day before my wedding which is when they finally told me to come- they tried to tell be I put the stain on the dress. Most of the employees did not try to help and were very rude. It was a bad experience and I would suggest to not even go in the store- they will try to convince you to buy. I would also give it a 0 more

I would give this store a 0 if I could. Fist off, my wedding dress that was purchased by them came in wrong size (length) and wrong color buttons. Sounds minor, but the buttons were supposed to be pink and really make a difference in the dress as they go down the entire train of the dress. After going round and round they decided they would have their alteration girl sew the buttons on, but not fix the length, and I was tired of fighting so I agreed. Well, needless to say the buttons were not done very well, so I ended up having to have them redone. ....THATS NOT ALL... My bridesmaids purchased their dresses from here. We all went and got measured one day, and the woman who assisted us told them what size they needed and everything seemed well. Well, it wasn't. One of my maid's just picked up her dress, and the top part wouldn't zip, so she called the store to ask what sizes they had down for her. The woman had recorded a bust of 41 1/2"" (she's lucky and blessed, not like she gained weight), which would indicate a size 16 dress, problem is the woman told her she needed a size 14 (bust measures 41"" in this dress). She told her it didnt fit over the bust and asked what they could do for it, well this is where our big problem comes in. They are refusing to do anything about it. I spoke with the manager ""Gary"" or something like that, and not only was he completely rude with me, telling me that it was my girls fault for not knowing what size she should have be (isn't that why you get measured in the first place?). He refuses to do anything about it, because he swears its not their fault, and that a lot of girls order the dress size too small in the bust 6 months before a wedding (doubtful, thats just stupid) in order to ""lose weight."" Last time I checked you can't lose that much weight in your breast area if its already nice and toned...So needless to say this has been a HORRIBLE experience with this shop. Horrible customer service, they will never call you back. Anytime you visit the shop it will be forever until someone can help you, and they won't know very good english. All they want is money and want to give no service in return. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE, SAVE YOURSELF A HEADACHE!!!!!
