Bridal Boutique

TERRIBLE experience! Was bullied into buying a dress the first time I walked into the door that I did not genuinely want and shop failed to make things right. Salespeople at this boutique only care about making the sale, they do not genuinely care about you finding the dress of your dreams. I highly recommend going elsewhere to get your dress as I would hate for anyone else to be stuck with a $3,000 dress they don't want! Hoping they don't ruin anyone other weddings like they have mine. more

At first the store is lovey and a semi friendly women welcomes you. She did listen to what I was looking for though she picked out the most expensive gowns in the store. I found the gown I loved and another. Once it was time to try them on the women got VERY rude. I wish I could remember her name but she only told me it once. She had a dark lip or burn on her upper lip area. This store does not provide the correct fitting foundation for gowns. I tried on the first one and loved it but it bunched up around the tummy area. Now I'm a pretty slender girl. 5 foot 10 and 125 pounds. I asked her if she had the correct foundation like a full body one or a corset so the gown wouldn't bunch. She said they don't and that gown does that to everyone. She pretty much implied I was fat after saying only models can wear this gown and it wasn't meant for my size of body. Iv been to 20 bridal stores and that was the first time someone was rude like that to me. My mother and friend loved the gown and alm more

I visited Bridal Boutique a few weeks ago to find my bridal gown. They had such an amazing selection and their staff was excellent. I found the most beautiful gown and it was such an amazing price during their Black Friday sale weekend. I really thought that the sale dresses would be damaged and worn, but their sale selection was just awesome! I would highlly recommend them to everyone.\r more

I want to say Thank You to Bridal Boutique Lewisville for helping my beautiful bride find her dream dress. She has been all over the Metroplex looking for a gown and has come home dissapointed too many times. We had heard threw some friends that this was the place to go and she found her dress Saturday!\r \r She said everyone was very friendly, helpfull and it was a great experience for her. BUYER BEWARE::: I witnessed this store and have video proof to all who plan on going here, the people here are by far the rudest most obnoxious people I have ever seen in my life after thousands of dollars spent buying the dress my sister in law had beautiful wedding pictures taken in downtown fort worth causing some dirt on the bottom of the dress afterwards the owner gives her word the dress will be cleaned the dress looked like it had not even been cleaned and the owners began cussing and calling us white trash and ignorant for were we took the pictures then furthur more banned us from the store while we tried to plead our case about spending a couple hundred dollars on a cleaning, we were cursed at belittled and insulted by a SCREAMING owner (caroline) and her daughter to the point it disgusted the next door alterations lady at Ana's in which she offered to take the dress and clean it. We truly felt like we were in the twilight zone, experiencing the behavior this couple of owners had displayed! Everyone who reads this review and doesn't listen to my warning beware that days to weeks before ur wedding u may be lost and in tears and they will be laughing all the way to the bank!!! I live in East Texas and dedicated an entire day plus a 5 hour round trip to try out this bridal boutique. I scheduled an appointment on a Sunday afternoon at 3pm and was told I would have a 2 hour block to find and try on dresses. Also, I was told they were having an Allure trunk show going on as well. When I arrived they were fairly busy and my consultant's previous client had shown up late. This forced the manager, possibly owner, to have to help me. I told her I had made this trip because I was interested in the Allure gowns. She led me to a single rack with maybe 15 dresses from that designer, 7ish of which had green tags that were the "trunk show" dresses. Still, a very limited supply and somewhat disappointing selection considering I had 5 style numbers I was interested in and not one was there on hand. Ultimately, my biggest complaint is that I felt my "consultant" was busy orchestrating everyone else in the boutique and clearly was not giving me the attention that a customer ready to spend over a thousand dollars in their store deserved. She only made ONE pull of dresses composed of very similar styles. After I tried on the first two, I thought I had made it clear to her that wasn't exactly what I was looking for. I did find a gown that I really liked quite a bit and explained to her that was more like what I was looking for, and she never offered to pull more gowns similar to that one. The last straw was the price. The woman initially told me that the price with the 10% discount from the trunk show would be $1,289 (which is about right, I saw a price of $1,429 on the tag). She later comes back with a card that says Allure #4430 $1,379. I asked her about the price change and she said that the dress was $1,589 (if that truly was the price then her second price is still INCORRECT if you do the math with a 10% discount). I went back to the dress to look at the tag and it was gone. At this point I was incredibly frustrated and ready to leave (after only being there for maybe 45 minutes total). Once I got back to my car, I immediately googled "Allure 4430" on my iPhone - it returned no results and did not exist. After going through pages of dresses on the Allure website I found out the style number was 8867. I don't know what was up with this place on this particular day. I don't know if they were intentionally trying to be shady. But I do know that I absolutely would not spend a dime in there and I would not recommend it to anyone else! Pros: null Cons: null more

Before I went to the Bridal Boutique, I went to all of the "best rated" shops in Dallas. My experiences at the other stores varied from mediocre to terrible. Needless to say, I didn't have very high hopes on my first visit here. I had already tried on over 40 dresses and was getting frustrated.\r \r I met with one of their consultants (Wyn) on a weekday (with no appointment!) and told her my laundry list of things I knew I didn't want. That was easier and more concrete than figuring out what I did want. She pulled a few dresses to get a sense of what I liked and then she went to work. Within an hour, she suggested I try on the dress that I ultimately bought. I was a little resistant just seeing it on the hangar, but after putting it on, I knew she was right. My name is Amy B and I work at the Bridal Boutique. I am writing this in response to the below review by Stephanie S. I worked with Stephanie, she was referred by a friend that sends us so many wonderful brides. Unfortunately, I was not in the store when she came to pick up her gown. When a gown is ordered in a color other than our sample color it sometimes makes it a little difficult because the bride cannot see her dress until it arrives. I called Stephanie the following day to talk to her about it and let her know I was sorry she was upset and I would see if the manufactuer would exchange the dress. She told me she got it home and it was ok and "growing on her." I called the manufacturer of her dress and they told me that the bead work could not be changed and that it was the same beads that go on the sample that we have. I am very upset that she is not happy. I am also sad that she would write a horrible review when I did evrything in my power to help her. I feel like she just di more
