Terrible customer service!!! They didn't call me when the dress or veil arrived. I called to check arrival status and that's when I learned they had arrived. When I got my dress, I hated it and started crying. The color was not what I expected. (The dress I tried on was off-white but I ordered white. The sales rep did not tell me the beading color would be different on the white dress which is why I was surprised when it arrived. It was gray instead of clear and sparkly.)The sales rep just said "sorry" and sent me on my way. They never even attempted to help me find a new dress or even talk with the designed about exchanging for another color. They don't care if you are happy. They just want the sale. \r
