The gemstones here are great quality. Came here with my wife to get couple rings based on our birthstones. We bought the aquamarine and I bought the amethyst. I was offered the option to customize the rings, but I chose not to. The jewelry here is abundant in selection and you can view them online too. The service was great, as the lady who talked to us was extremely helpful and cordial. Had a great experience. more

Today was my first visit to Brentwood Jewelry & Gifts. The staff is extremely helpful. My initial reason for going was to get wedding ring appraised for insurance purposes. But then, I ended up buying a rope bracelet and having another ring repaired. The prices were reasonable, the insurance appraisal amount was about what I expected (and the appraisal cost was lower than expected), and the staff went over the top to please me. They are my kind of folks. Over and above that, the appraiser took the time to listen to me about my personal business, after he had completed his work, while work on the other ring was being done. I have probably passed by this store dozens of times and did not notice it. As good luck would have it for me, today, I used Google, made some phone calls, and was in and out in short order. I do not think I will ever use another jeweler either in Nashville or Brentwood again.5 ***** absolutely! more

Last week, I stopped into Brentwood Jewelry & Gifts with a small dilemma. I had gained a few extra pounds over the past couple years, and my great Grandmother's wedding band wouldn't budge off of my swollen finger. It was a present given to me by my Grandparents, and I was a little apprehensive about having it cut off. However, I had been into Brentwood Jewelry & Gifts before, and just knew the family owned local business was the right place for the job. Brandon Emamalie, the owner of the store, successfully clipped off the 80 year old diamond eternity band without even chipping a single stone! To top it off, when I arrived back in the store a few days later to pick up the ring, you couldn't even tell where it was soldered back together. My great Grandmother's wedding band was perfectly restored and the diamonds have not sparkled this much in years. Overall, I had an outstanding experience at Brentwood Jewelry & Gifts. The employees are very kind/helpful, and the craftsmanship is impeccable. I would definitely recommend this jewelry store to any and all of my friends for repairs AND purchases!Bravo! more

Let me start off by saying, I have been to other jewelry stores around the Nashville area, with no luck on customer service or an impressive stock of jewelry. Well, today was different, when I went into Brentwood Jewelry on my lunch. I wasn't shopping for anything in particular, just wanted to see what they had to offer. I pass by there everyday, going to work, but have never had a chance to stop. I was greeted as soon as I opened the door, by a young man named Brandon, he told me where everything was and if I needed any help, to just let him know. I found myself staring at their gorgeous array of rings, necklaces, and the bracelets. I found one I was interested in and asked Brandon if I could see it. He immediately stopped what he was doing and told me what karat gold, what size diamonds, and what kind of clasp was on this bracelet. After 45 minutes of questions and answers, price comparison on similar bracelets online, talking on changing this or that... I decided to purchase the bracelet! Brandon, was so helpful. He worked with me on pricing and even cleaned my wedding rings while I was waiting on them to change the clasp, per my request. I'm so glad, I stopped in, I'm positive I will be back again for my granddaughters upcoming birthday! Thanks Brandon and Brentwood Jewelry! I went in to have a little ring put on a charm so it will fit a necklace. He said it would be done in a couple hours. I went back and it was cheap looking. It was not a nice silver one like I expected. I will now have to go elsewhere to have this done. I felt that I was a little more of a nuisance since I wasn't spending big money. I will not take in my good jewerly to be repaired (new prongs) if they can't complete a simple job to my satisfaction. They only nice thing I can say is that they were friendly, the men a bit creepy. went in to have my wife's ring size that she had just inherited from her mother. At a place that we had been before Brentwood Jewelry we was told it take four to six day and would have to be sent off. We walked in to Bntwood Jewelry and was greeted by Brandon, we told him our situation and concernes. He said no problem let's just go do it now, my wife was so excited that she didn't have to wait any longer to get to wear her moms ring. We will most certainly be back with out a doubt. more

Every year my husband finds great jewelry to surprise me with from Brentwood. I can't rave enough about the selection, the staff really knows how to pick some great pieces that I love. (they must really ask some great questions!) I have never been disappointed with my gifts or else my husband would hear about it. They take pride in their customers and it shows! Thank you! more

Wen to Brentwood Jewelry this morning at around 8:45 not knowing that they didn't open until 9:00, but a gentleman saw me and opened the door and told me to come on in. I insisted on coming back later and the gentleman from Brentwood Jewelry insisted I come on in. So I did and they were more than eager to help even tho all I need was a simple watch battery. It took less than 5 mins to change and it was only $7.50 I paid nearly $15.00 at another place last month. Well most certainly be back to see them. more

Really friendly staff. I had my ring sized & our other jewelry cleaned WHILE WE WAITED!! WOW!! Other stores said it would be a week turn around. The work was done professionally by one of the jewelers on staff. If you are looking for great service, this is the place for you. more

Bought my wedding set from Brentwood Jewelers and planned to put a beautiful 1.04 carat VVS H stone in it that my husband had purchased from another jeweler. Owner wanted to sell us a diamond from his store and gave a written price; we declined since we had a far superior diamond already. When I got my ring back from him putting our stone in it, I noticed that the stone was yellowish and we asked him about it with no results. Had my rings cleaned and checked by another jeweler last week and it is a completely different stone with chips, a 1.15 carat VS2 N stone, the same one he gave us a quote to purchase and we declined. We are in the process of filing a police report and a claim with our insurance company and have full proof that they switched the stone on us. more
