I went in to have a little ring put on a charm so it will fit a necklace. He said it would be done in a couple hours. I went back and it was cheap looking. It was not a nice silver one like I expected. I will now have to go elsewhere to have this done. I felt that I was a little more of a nuisance since I wasn't spending big money. I will not take in my good jewerly to be repaired (new prongs) if they can't complete a simple job to my satisfaction. They only nice thing I can say is that they were friendly, the men a bit creepy. Will not be back.
