I read one of the reviews saying they had a problem with their flowers...All I can say is if they would have just called and told them the problem, I am sure it would have been rectified. Once I sent flowers to s dear friend and was unhappy with the arrangement and called in to complain. I was ready for a battle. However, I was pleasantly surprised when I was told by the customer service person the following: We value you as a customer and want to keep you happy. Please let me know what we can do to make you happy? I told them I wanted a new arrangement sent at no charge. I was told it would be done immediately...and it was.\r

The very next day, I received an beautiful arrangement with a card apologizing for the problem and it was signed by the owners. What more can you ask for...even when a mistake was made. I will trust any business that is willing to stand behind their products and go the extra mile to keep me as a customer!
