Mandy has been my stylist for just over a year and I absolutely love her. I actually followed her to Susan Hart from another salon and I do not trust anyone else to touch my hair. She is fun, honest, and a great stylist. If you do not know what you are wanting to do or just want a change, she is definitley the best choice. I recommend her to all my friends and co workers. The salon is a very relaxed place and the staff that I have met are all super friendly. more

Last week I had such a great experience at Susan Hart (manicure/shellac, make-up, and teeth whitening), that I booked 3 more appointments that week. So I wanted to give a follow up on those. 30 minute Facial with Destiny: Destiny took the time to ask aboout my skin concerns in order to choose the appropriate products, and gave me an awesome facial that left my skin moisturized and renewed. I met some friends in the evening, and several had pointed out that my face looked good- refreshed. I confessed to the facial. I'll definitely be having more of those! Eyebrow wax with Destiny: Quick, painless, and she didn't take off a ton of hair to make them too thin like most other places tend to do. It was nice having someone actually listen to my concerns. 30 minute massage with Dylan: Oh my, I was in heaven. I was specific about the amount of pressure applied and about problem areas, and Dylan worked his magic. He knows his stuff and while some people like quiet massages, I asked questions and Dylan was kind enough to explain everything to me. I slept like a baby for the first time in ages because my back was finally relaxed. Once again, I received fantastic customer service and I enjoy being at the salon instead of rushing to get my services done so that I can go like at other places. Like another reviewer mentioned, I will also be asking for gift certificates for the salon. :-) more

I made a same day appointment last week, and was politely introduced to Amanda at my appointment time! \r \r I needed a cut/trim and a refresh on my summer highlights, but what I really needed was some shape to my current style and also something I could re-create every morning for work. Many times I have gone to a salon where they just start cutting/coloring without really evaluating your lifestyle or considering the time you put into your hair each morning...\r \r Amanda was FANTASTIC! Not only did my highlights look perfect she had me foiled in under 20 minutes! She took the time to care about how I do my hair and developed a cut that would be easily manageable and also gave me the BEST BANGS I have ever had cut in my life, not to long, not to short, perfect! She really took the time to create a look that fit my ""pageant / big texas"" hair style! \r \r I really liked this salon, affordable prices, great atmosphere, A+ customer service! Front desk girl (forgot her name) really did me a favor introducing me to Amanda, I will be calling her for my next hair appointment!!\r more

I'm a dude so let me just break this down for all the other guys out their! let me also note it was my wife who sent me in to see ""her stylist"" I was skeptical however this is what I got..... Hand shake margarita scalp message shampoo haircut rinse Blow dry style straight razor neck shave with warm soap good conversation and a damn good haircut ALL FOR $20.00 what can I say my wife was right! and I will definitely be back! more

I used to go see Mandy when she worked at Organics and would follow her anywhere! when she told me she went to Susan Hart I was thrilled! I just love the feel of Downtown Round Rock and all the historical buildings! not to mention its close to home! I was just in to see Mandy on Saturday and the Vibe in the new Salon is unlike any other! everyone was having so much fun, The staff and clients were all mingling in the boutique by the bar making small talk and Chris made me the best appletini I have ever had! I always look forward to seeing Mandy she always makes me feel and look great and not just like a ""customer"" but more like a friend! and I am sooo excited to announce that she is the new Salon Manager!!!!! I noticed that the salon had a few bad reviews in the past but I can honestly say with Mandy on the front line as the Manager you will not be disappointed! Also I have to mention my 10 Minute chair Message with Dilan... (I hope that is how you spell his name) He is very good at what he does and found a knot in my back within seconds of starting my message! I am definitely going to book a longer message with him next time I visit! this is a must see salon! so don't walk run! to Susan Hart and let Mandy take care of you! more

Mandy Does it all! Hair, Make-up, nails, waxing you name it she does it and she does it well! I called Susan hart after reading so many great reviews about Mandy/Amanda (almost every great review on here is about her) and now I know why! I am the pickiest person alive with my hair especially with color! and she nailed it! I couldn't be more happier! Take my word! go see Mandy! you will not regret it! she is the BEST! more

Natalie cut my hair and my kids hair for 11 years in St. George, UT. I never had to worry. She always did it the way I wanted and would make suggestions to make it look great. If you are looking for someone who really knows how to do great hair, Natalie is your gal. I have stubborn curly hair and I am really picky, but I always love how it looks and feels after seeing Natalie. She is really professional and fun and I recommend her highly! more

If you want the best hair cut and the best looking nails in Austin, see Natalie Knell. She uses the best products for acrylic nails and is very detailed in their application. She also kept my hair looking its best when she lived in Utah. Utah's loss is Austin's gain. more

Natalie did my hair for 10 t years in Utah. I miss her she has great hair styling skills. I have not found anyone that comes close to her skills. She knew my hair and what it would do any wouldnt do, and her ideas were always right. She is a great person and has a great sense of humor. Give her a try you won't be disappointed!! more

Natalie did my nails many times when she used to live in the Salt Lake City, Utah area. My favorite set of nails she ever did will always be the french tip acrylics for my wedding day. They were so beautiful and sturdy. They seemed to last forever. She also did my hair that day. A wonderful curly updo that lasted all day long!\r \r Also, Natalie is a wonderful friend and sincere person. She genuinely cares about all her clients. She is a hardworking and fun person. Susan hart is Round Rocks ONLY upscale Salon and Spa, don't be fooled by others trying to claim that Tittle, I only know because I am a Texas Native and spent many many years looking for the right salon and stylist. Wasn't until I came across Mandy a year ago when she was working at Organics that I realized she was the one! and that no matter what I would follow this girl, with that being said I was not a fan of the salon Organics that she worked at In fact I would not have set foot in such a place had it not been for Mandy, Needless to say she was way to good for that place! so now that she has Moved to a true beauty salon, Surrounded by beautiful people I will deff be recommending Mandy and Susan Hart to everyone! more

Lacey has been doing my hair for several months and I always leave very happy about how it looks! She also does gives a great pedicure when you're wanting to really pamper yourself. To top it all off, she's a super sweet girl and she has great hair herself! You can't go wrong with a stylist with great hair!!! more

I love the Susan Hart Boutique, Salon & Day Spa! On my first visit to the salon, I was made to feel like family. Everyone was friendly & professional & the services are very affordable. Mandy is the only stylist who has been able to give me the two dimensional color I'd requested for years. She also granted my wish to ditch the boring side swoop (which never worked on me) & gave me the bangs my other stylist refused to do. I continue to receive compliments on the bangs I got in October. I've been to a lot of sophisticated salons before, but I can honestly say that Susan Hart blew me away! The salon is in a very convenient location in the heart of downtown Round Rock, and it has a very welcoming, yet elegant look to it. The stylist that I saw, Mandy, was fabulous. Not only is she a friendly person to chat with, but she gave me exactly what I was looking for with my hair, without me even having to explain it in great detail! It's easy to see that she is dedicated to providing quality as well as great customer service to her clients. And from what I could tell, all of the other stylists seem just as qualified. Although I've only been to this salon once, I had a great first impression and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great stylist! more

I love this place, I got my hair done by Mandy and she is cute and talented! I just moved here from out of town, and I was really scared about finding someone I could trust, but I found my spot! and my stylist too! This salon is so cute, and it is right next to a really cute coffee shop, getting my hair done in a new town is now a treat! more

i love the charming feel of main street in round rock, and Susan hart salon is just that! Charming, yet classy and sophisticated! I have been living in Round Rock for years and I have seen so many salons and boutiques come and go, but after my experiences with Susan Hart I will do everything in my power to keep them going! everyone was genuinely sweet from the minute I walked in, I was browsing the boutique (cute clothes and hair accessories)all from local artists! when Amanda walked up and asked me if I would like a free hair consultation and a complimentary bow dry, I would like to add I have never been offered anything FREE from my salon and I have been going to my stylist for 15 years!! after a few minutes of chatting about my hair, Amanda suggested doing some highlights to brighten me up a bit, she also suggested a cut that would be easy for me to do...an hour and a half later with numerous compliments from other staff before I left, I walked out looking and feeling great! I would and will recommend Susan Hart and especially Amanda to everyone I know! I wish Amanda and Susan hart the best of success in the future! Thanks for making my day and bringing some true class and professionalism to Round Rock while keeping the historic feeling of main street alive! more
