Took my Honda in for an airbag recall. They said it would be 2 hours. Turned out to be 5. The shuttle driver (Shenequa?) chose to take the customer from Greer home first, even though my house is 2 miles away. I sat in the car for an hour listening to rap music. She didn't speak a word to me or the other customer. Rude shuttle driver. Long car-less day. more

Ray Adams and Breakaway are Wonderful! 5/31/2009

Ray Adams allowed us to look over the entire lot while we made our decision. Our new addition forced us to look for a new more family friendly automobile. The Honda Odyssey was a great auto for us. The extra room, easiness of putting in and taking out a car seat, and the extra features made the decision an easy one. The sales associate, finance team, and service staff made our trip one to remember. We look forward to getting many miles of fun with our new automobile. Darryl Crockett made buying a new vehicle pleasant. He knew the answers to all of our questions and behaved in a very low key manner. There was no pressure to buy, and he encouraged us to drive competitive vehicles for comparison. We spent a lot of time looking at cars, at many dealers. Darryl was the best salesman we met. I recently purchased a 2009 Honda Accord from Geno Williams at Breakaway Honda. I just finished graduate school and this is my first big investment out of my own pocket, so I was somewhat nervous. Geno was very helpful and informative; he knows what he's talking about, and he wants the customer to get what they're looking for. I got a great deal at Breakaway and they helped fit my payments to my budget. My family has bought Hondas from Breakaway for years now, and I plan continue this tradition. I will definitely go to Breakaway and request to work with Geno for any future purchases. Pros: Friendly service, knowledgeable staff, not pushy more

I've gotten approve for 4 different cars at 4 different car dealerships, I been to this particular dealership twice and the approved me over the phone but when I got there they said they couldn't get an approval unless I had MORE down. HA ! more

I have purchased 3 cars from Breakaway and each experience was as good as or better than the last. The sales people are professional and well educated on the products, each time I was able to reach the deal I wanted with only minimal negotiation and it was always friendly. more

BAD - Pretty dealership & service center cannot mask the smell of SLIME 2/18/2008

I bought an Odyssey with DVD player. I had just bought the car and was in the showroom when I heard a salesman bragging to the others about how badly he had stuck it to a man and his daughter earlier -- I started to wish I had not bought the van from such a place. Later, I really would: The finance guy had convinced us at closing to get an extended warranty specifically for the electronics such as the DVD. Of course, the DVD player has died, but the warranty will not cover it. The finance guy and Bradshaw got a kickback from the warranty company, but do we? Will the finance guy get fired for LYING? No. Do NOT buy from any Bradshaw dealerships. If you insist, for the love of all that is good, DO NOT EVER LET THEM DECEIVE YOU INTO ANY FORM OF EXTENDED WARRANTY unless you like looking like a moron in front of your spouse. I bought three other Bradshaw cars over the years when the price was right. Every experience was sleazy, even the premium car. Pros: Very fast service bays, very polite. Cons: Deceitful, deceptive, dishonest, untrustworthy. Hideously overpriced service. more
