I bought an Odyssey with DVD player. I had just bought the car and was in the showroom when I heard a salesman bragging to the others about how badly he had stuck it to a man and his daughter earlier -- I started to wish I had not bought the van from such a place. Later, I really would: The finance guy had convinced us at closing to get an extended warranty specifically for the electronics such as the DVD. Of course, the DVD player has died, but the warranty will not cover it. The finance guy and Bradshaw got a kickback from the warranty company, but do we? Will the finance guy get fired for LYING? No. Do NOT buy from any Bradshaw dealerships. If you insist, for the love of all that is good, DO NOT EVER LET THEM DECEIVE YOU INTO ANY FORM OF EXTENDED WARRANTY unless you like looking like a moron in front of your spouse. I bought three other Bradshaw cars over the years when the price was right. Every experience was sleazy, even the premium car. Pros: Very fast service bays, very polite. Cons: Deceitful, deceptive, dishonest, untrustworthy. Hideously overpriced service.
