BRASA is PERFECT ! The restaurant is exciting from the second you walk through the doors highlighted with large FLAME TORCHES. The staff is very attractive, knowledgable and professional. Dinner begins with a large selection of EXOTIC APPETIZERS/SALADS to choose from unconditionaly. The staff is very confidant in explaining the system of controling your service with tradtional red and green chips. The chips allow to tell the GAUCHOS to ""BRING ON THE MEAT"" and tell them when it's time for a break. There are more than 12 cuts of meat, including, FILET MIGNON, top/bottom SIRLOINS, LAMB, PORKLOINS, PICANHA (brazilian specialty), CHICKEN WRAPPED IN BACON, etc.... Brasa has a GREAT WINE list to compliment the delicious dinner. The deserts are amazing, I particulary enjoyed the STRAWBERRY TIRAMISU. This is one restaurant where you get your moneys worth and it's IMPOSSIBLE TO LEAVE HUNGRY, after all, YOU CONTROL THE SERVICE !
