The ambience of Brasa is definitely its strong point. The salad bar was nicely stocked but some of the items listed on the website, such as scallops, were no where to be found. Many of cuts of meat that we were given were fatty and gristly. The filet medallions were good as was the leg of lamb but both items were quite elusive. The wait staff was always polite but not necessarily in tune with the needs of the table as evidenced by our lack of clean plates and the high frequency of trips to our table with only the cheapest cuts of meat. Having dined at Rio Churrascaria, I would definitely not recommend Brasa. The atmosphere at Rio Churrascaria may not be quite as nice as Brasa but the dining experience is definitely superior.
Pros: Ambience
Cons: Meat Quality, Service
