I took my anxious 11 year old son to Dr. Kirkwood for an emergency dental appointment. Although he was a new patient, they scheduled him the same day. Check-in was seamless and the staff was courteous, professional, and helpful. When the staff realized our insurance wasn't accepted at their practice, they called around to find another provider who accepted the insurance. They went out of their way to accommodate us and ease my son's discomfort. Dr. Kirkwood was gentle and understanding about my son's unease. He made sure Alex was secure before beginning work on his mouth. I am extremely grateful to them and appreciate them going above and beyond what was necessary to assist us.
