This is our second car from Brandon Ford, I have purchased both from Dan Gentile and always had a great experience, this last time we were just looking but Dan and the managers made us a deal we could'nt refuse! Even call Dan to set up service and he does it for me, all around great place to purchase a car! more

we just purchased a new 2013 escape from Dan G. Dan was great from the time we entered. We originally were looking used and he suggested the new escape, it was in our price range, and the gas mileage is great. Dan did exactly what a salesman should do and put us as his first priority, we felt that throughout the whole experience, Dan even kept our kids busy while we signed all our paperwork...The entire dealership is a great place, Thanks Dan and Brandon ford more

Best Dealership in the State of Florida!! 11/13/2012

Brandon Ford is one of the best dealerships in the state of Florida! Don't believe me then just stop by and see for yourself. I purchased my fourth vehicle from them this weekend and everytime I buy from them the experience is just one more level higher than the last purchase. Between the great salesmanship from JC and the excellent job both Zoran and Seth put forth, my wife and I always feel like royality there!! This is the reason why we've been dealing with and buying our cars from Brandon Ford for the last 12 years!! more

Quality of Service 11/12/2012

Although I was unhappy with my previous experiences with regard to service on my Lincoln MKX, the current process has been most satisfying. Buddy from the service depart has done an extrodanary job ensuring that I was communicated with, that my issues with the automobile were being addressed properly and that I was accomodated very well while the car was being serviced. I must say, he (Buddy) shows a very high level of energy and desire to provide quality service to his customers. more

Honest salesperson( and Dealership 11/8/2012

I went in to purchase a used vehicle, this is a second car for our family. I met Dan Gentile and we went from there, Dan showed me the mustangs which I was interested in. I am usually skeptical of used cars however this dealership had a great inventory and they all looked good. We told Dan to come to us with his best price, and he did just that without the back and forth hassle. Dan made sure our experience was easy and comfortable. There was an issue I didn't even notice which Dan did and he had it fixed free of charge, not all would do this and they did!! My thanks to Dan and Brandon Ford. more

I went in one evening to do my research, I met Dan Gentile who turned out to be our sales person. That night I was clear I was only researching, that did not change Dan's attitude, he continued to show me all the options and what Ford has to offer, I must say I am impressed in ford now, I had not been before. The way Dan Gentile treated me made me return to Brandon Ford, that was an even better decision because the whole time everyone made me feel like the most important customer they had, there was no back and forth with pricing. Thanks Dan G. and Brandon ford for the experience, hopefully others will see this review as I know I did my homework before I went out looking. Great experience Dan, thanks! more

Excellent Experience 10/30/2012

Purchasing a car is never fun from a consumer standpoint, but we had a very different experience at this dealership and with our salesperson (Dan Gentile.) From the moment we pulled in we met with Dan and he was very easy going, not pushy or making us feel “pressured” like you would expect. Dan introduced himself, answered our questions and helped us along the way. This is exactly what the car buying experience should be like!!! After some time looking at trucks (they have a lot of them to choose from) we found what we liked and everyone was polite, introduced themselves to us and made sure we understood the entire process. A satisfied customer 10/26/2012

Auto accidents are traumatizing experiences, having to find a new car after, is a stressful experience. Having to find a trustworthy, fair and respectable car dealership is enough to drive anyone over the edge. Luckily I found Otis Colbert at Brandon Ford. On my last hope, feeling defeated Otis didn't treat me like his next commission, he treated me with genuine respect. Otis and the Brandon Ford team went above and beyond, working profusely to get me a deal that I was comfortable with, not one that would give them a bigger profit. Not only did I walk out with keys in my hand, but I also gained a trusted relationship with a dependable dealer and its associates. To whom it may concern; The entire buying experience was fine. My only criticism is that the 72 month extended warranty was added to my truck. This was put into my contract without my knowledge. My trade-in was 8 years old with over 240k miles on it, so based on that, I can understand why the assumption was made, however I did not appreciate that type of sale. I attempt to be transparent with my customers and I would appreciate the same courtesy. more

Brandon Ford - particularly Jim Jackson - made my car buying experience comfortable. I never felt pressured. Jim spent time with me showing me how all the features of the new Ford Escape work and answering all my questions. They have a large selection - so I was able to see inside the same model with different features to decide which would be the best for me. Once I purchased my vehicle, Jim spent time registering my vehicle for Sync, adding my cell phone, etc. Loving my new car! more

BEST DEALERSHIP EVER! 10/11/2012

I had a castastrophe with my 93 Oldsmobile. I came in before work and gave my information knowing I would be able to get a car because of my credit score and having no money to put down. When I came in after work, they had a car ready for me to drive away and had me approved. I received a lease and even had payments $150 a month less than I had originally told them I could afford. My brand new car was tinted, detailed and taken for a full tank of gas! These people really care about you and make sure you are taken care of! They can work miracles others can't!!! Thank you so much Brandon Ford! more
