We chose to go to Brandan Ford due to the largest selection of pre-owned Ford Explorers we found online. Michael Culmo was our salesperson and he was awesome. We felt very comfortable with him and he made the buying experience pleasant. He did not pressure nor hassle us but instead answered all our questions with great knowledge and understanding. We brought my father-in-law with us who is a mechanic and Michael made it possible for him to look at the car up on the lift. He was able to work within our budget and really listened and seemed to care about our experience and choice. There was a time when we almost decided to leave just simply due to nerves but because Michael was so friendly and persistent yet not over that line where one feels pressured, we followed through. The following day after purchasing our vehicle, Michael followed up with my husband and even helped him out with some technical questions. Michael Culmo is definately a very caring and compassionate salesman which is definately not what we expected from a cars salesman. Overall all the staff at Brandon Ford was helpful and the facility was very clean. We loved it there and even recommended it to friends who are going to look this weekend. Got a flyer in the mail for a $14.95 oil change and I used it. Dropped it off and very quickly it was ready with courteous service and excellent results, not to mention that it's less expensive and messy than doing it myself. After car shopping all day my last stop was brandon ford where I met Dan Gentile, to make a long story short I totalled my car, the holidays were getting close, I needed something in a budget I liked and had'nt found it in 2 days. Dan was receptive, warm and really took the time to show me and tell me what I needed and it worked, I was able to get into a brand new car for my budget and get on with life. I recently met Dan Gentile at Brandon Ford, I was a little anxious coming out of a luxury vehicle into a F250, however Dan and the manager Brooksye were very easy to work with. Dan gave me the knowledge and space, which is important- he never pressured me at any point to buy the truck and that is what I respected and appreciated the most of this dealership. Today I went in to the dealership, as usual 15 guys sitting smoking and not looking at customers. One salesperson (Dan Gentile) stood out from the crowd as he was by himself looking for a customer rather than chatting, and he immediately greeted us. Coming in some may want to be left alone but I want the salesman who is willing to work for a sale and Dan was. He was great from the start to finish, we knew what we liked but Dan educated us and made our decision easier for us. When it came to paying we got nervous again, however Seth in finance really took care of us and explained what was best option for us. This was a good experience all around and I will recommend Dan and the dealership to all I know looking for a car.The manager brooksay also worked to assist us in getting the best price and we appreciate what he did for us! more

When searching for a new vehicle (small SUV), I was torn between a few different makers. I zeroed in on Ford and am so happy I did. With my growing family (I am due on 12/13 with my first born baby boy!), I wanted to make sure we had enough room for all of his extras! My fiance and I were greeted promptly and helped without any pressure on making a sell.
