I was walking down Brand Blvd. and saw this Optometry shop. I was in dire need of an eye exam and a new prescription, so though what the heck. I made an appointment, and returned a week later. The staff was extremely warm and professional. They were running behind, but when I met the doctor, I could understand why. He actually spend time to LISTEN, and even more impressive, apologized for running behind. What a jewel. I was fitted for contacts, ordered a pair of glasses, and was thrilled with the service. Highly recommend this practice. If you have to wait, be patient and POLITE to the staff. Sometimes running behind just happens, but know if it does, you will not be short-changed on you care. more

Dr. J was extremely patient and resourceful. I am very particular about my doctors and I was pleasantly surprised at Dr. J's manner. I highly recommend his services. Thank you for a pleasant visit. more

first off they did a great job in 2008 when i needed an eye exam,they came to my room at the hospital and well the rest is history! jump 3 years now and i needed another eye exam and i really am glad i came into the office, because my eyes were really needing some help and when i came in for an exam WOW,WOW,WOW, i mean my eyes were focused right away! the girls that work there were like right out of a king tut movie! did i say goddess, how about egyptian goddess's, everyone on staff there was friendly and friendly & pretty,pretty,pretty, well done doctor black! you made my eyes see much better and all the ladies there are not just another pretty face, they know their respected jobs and know how to use the eye equipment there, brand optometry thank you for making me see the light, very professional staff and i was totally satisfied with brand optometry, i suggest if you need your eyes tended by a doctor who knows his stuff and has a staff that was very pretty and professional get over to brand optometry and have your eye exam done at BRAND OPTOMETRY! more

i have an optometrist but my insurance expired which mean credit cards... since i have CareCredit, i called to see who accepted it. Brand optometry is a comfortable environment, nice staff and uber friendly doctors. The got me what i want and didn't pressure me into buying anything like other place. Thanks Brand Optometry! more

Made things easy 10/5/2011

I haven't had my eyes checked in 12 yrs. So when I developed double vision the last few months I was worried. The people at brand optometry were friendly and professional. They listened to my complaints and didn't dismiss anything. They found out I had several minor problems that were adding up to something bigger. But I didn't feel overwhelmed because they were very matter of fact about how to deal with it all. I also was able to get a cute pair of glasses that look good on me for a very reasonable price. Very satisfied. more

NOT WORTH IT 9/30/2011

Didn't like this optometry at all. I called a day before to make an appointment and the lady told me it would cost $40-$50 since i don't have insurance. I went to my appointment and after they charged me $129. There are other optometry's that charge way cheaper. more

Excellent Staff 9/28/2011

My first time at Brand Optometry was 14 yrs ago, I was not pleased with the service. However, things have changed now. The entire staff was super friendly & there was a vast variety of products. I loved my experience at Brand Optometry & I would recommend it to anyone who seeks great service & most importantly, a doctor who cares! =D more

I have been coming to Brand Optometry for many, many years. The office staff are always friendly and accommodating. It never takes long to schedule an appointment. Everyone is professional and efficient. There is hardly ever a wait. Dr. Djanbatian is super nice and takes his time explaining everything. I would never think to o anywhere else! more
