What a lot of people do not realize is, if you have not had an eye exam in over 2 years, you absolutely need a full eye exam prior to getting a contact lens fitting to ensure that there are no contraindications for that contact lens wear. more

This is not the place to get your glasses if you have insurance coverage by MediCal. When my daughter got her eyeglasses last year, we had to wait for three months to get them done. We were never informed before hand it would take that long. My daughter had her eye exam, she chose the frame and that was the only time we found out. Their customer service is very poor. I asked for a copy of my daughter's prescription but the whole process took about two weeks. They never call back when they say they will. Just to fax the prescription took 10 hours waiting. Pros: lots of brand name frames to choose from Cons: more expensive compared to other places in the area more
