Branbury Park Apartments

I have lived at the Branbury for a year now and have loved it! The rates are awesome, especially considering all of the amenities (free tanning, weight room, raquetball, on site salon) half of which you would not find anywhere else. The location is premium, right between UVU and BYU campuses, next to a 24 hr fitness, in the middle of a ton of restaurants, its definitely a fun place to live. There are always things to do and the people are really nice. You get a good blend of UVU and BYU students so its a good mix, very chill. All of the wards are very close knit and they make you feel very welcome. The management tries really hard to hold regular free activities/events and there are always good turn outs for them (bbqs, concerts, ice skating, rock climbing etc). The apartments are better than most I've seen in the area and are very spacious for college housing. I have had a great time socially and plan on staying at the branbury! more

I've lived here for some time now and I really like it. Its close to school, the wards are really good, and the place in general is a fun place to live. They put on a lot of acitvities and things for the residents to do, you just have to get out of your place and take advantage of it. Also there are a lot of things to do here. They have a pool, hot tub, free salon, racquet ball, basket ball, volleyabll, and all these other things. I recommend living here for sure. more

Branbury is a HORRIBLE place to live. The management is uncap-able of doing their jobs, and a lieing and deceiving staff. There is mold problems everywhere. A student got raped on the Provo river trail right behind the buildings. I got someone to fill my contract and they convinced the girl to buy a new contract instead of mine. So I have to continue to pay 2000$ to them!!! When I moved out for financial reasons. They told me that they would work with me and that they would not count it as an eviction and that they would not send me to collections. They have not contacted me with any information at all regarding my move out. ESPECIALLY A BILL, which they stated don't make any payments until the final total has been resolved. They have continually lied and done the exact opposite of what they said they would. I HATE BRANBURY and have lived at many student apt. THEY ARE A HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE. I was constantly harassed by the management when I did live there. They do not have a non stop social life and their FREE things you get for living there...is only one thing once a month. more

I live in building 1 and I absolutely love it. I have a parking lot all to myself, and I always can park right up next to my building. They recently remodeled the apt I live in so it's way nice. I haven't had one bad experience yet. I would reccommend requesting building 1 because the parking is way better here. more

Anytime we needed anything fixed you guys come right away! And you guys have great social activities! You guys are great more

I've experience nothing but good things here, and can't understand the bad reviews. The neighbors are friendly, I have great roommates, the apartments are nice, the clubhouse is fun and there are always things to do. The management has always been friendly, and have provided frequent maintainance to my apartment. Yes, the Branbury has its ups and downs, but so does every complex. There are so many people living here, there are bound to be a few bad apples. more

I just moved into the branbury for the winter semester and it went really smoothly. I hate moving but this one went much better. I have only been here a couple weeks and already they have has like 4 or 5 activities. The office staff were really helpful in getting me moved in as well. I will definitely be staying here for awhile. The only problem I had was my heater stopped working at like midnight but maintenance came right over to fix it I was super impressed I thought I would have to wait until morning. more

This has been by far the best apartment complex I have lived at here in Provo! more

student housing is all about the same in provo with one or two exceptions. the branbury is one of these. the apartments are pretty good the services and activities are above and beyond. free on site salon services and unlimited free tanning. also great activities every month. TONS OF GIRLS. more
