I have lived at the Branbury for a year now and have loved it! The rates are awesome, especially considering all of the amenities (free tanning, weight room, raquetball, on site salon) half of which you would not find anywhere else. The location is premium, right between UVU and BYU campuses, next to a 24 hr fitness, in the middle of a ton of restaurants, its definitely a fun place to live. There are always things to do and the people are really nice. You get a good blend of UVU and BYU students so its a good mix, very chill. All of the wards are very close knit and they make you feel very welcome. The management tries really hard to hold regular free activities/events and there are always good turn outs for them (bbqs, concerts, ice skating, rock climbing etc). The apartments are better than most I've seen in the area and are very spacious for college housing. I have had a great time socially and plan on staying at the branbury!
