Branbury Park Apartments

Definitely the worst complex I've ever lived in. They charge you ridiculous prices for cleaning checks, even if it is clean. (My last one was $120 for the oven, which had never been cleaned in the first place). When I moved in, the carpets, couch, and floors were so filthy it turned my feet black. There was food in the fridge and shelves. Management seems great when you are looking to buy a contract but once you move in they are impossible to get ahold of. It took me calling them 23 times and leaving 4 messages before I ever got ahold of them. (And no, they never called me back). Living here was a nightmare. On top of that, it is super far from BYU or UVU. And even though it is student housing, I had multiple guys over 31 in my ward. Do not live here. I'd give it a zero stars if I could. more

I have lived here since February and have loved it! Anytime I have had any issues it has been resolved that day! The people in the office are always so nice and willing to work with me! The maintenence guys are awesome and get it resolved it right away! When I walk hurt on crutches and they were working on my apartment they made sure I was taken care of since I could not get around. more

Branbury Park Apartments are a fairly good deal in terms of value for your money. The apartments are good-sized and you can either get a two bedroom apartment with shared bedrooms or a four bedroom with private bedrooms. All apartments have two bathrooms and a separate living area and kitchen. The atmosphere and social scene is pretty good (although it has a reputation for being a bit on the wild side at times). The apartments are laid out in buildings with a courtyard in the center. The downfall is the management. They have attitude, charge you outrageous cleaning fees (because you will pretty much always fail inspection no matter how hard you clean), and are slow to fix things. Our water heater was out for almost a week before they finally came to fix it! We had to take showers at the gym or friends apartments in the meantime. more
