Definitely the worst complex I've ever lived in. They charge you ridiculous prices for cleaning checks, even if it is clean. (My last one was $120 for the oven, which had never been cleaned in the first place). When I moved in, the carpets, couch, and floors were so filthy it turned my feet black. There was food in the fridge and shelves. Management seems great when you are looking to buy a contract but once you move in they are impossible to get ahold of. It took me calling them 23 times and leaving 4 messages before I ever got ahold of them. (And no, they never called me back). Living here was a nightmare. On top of that, it is super far from BYU or UVU. And even though it is student housing, I had multiple guys over 31 in my ward. Do not live here. I'd give it a zero stars if I could.
