I decided to investigate different television repair agents after being directed to one recently by the manufacturer, which turned out to be a small nightmare. I came across Bradley TV, and for the most part the reviews are good. I realize there are bound to be a few not so good reviews. A former CEO of Ford Motor Company wrote a book and was quoted as saying “if my employees are working for a living they are bound to make mistakes from time to time”. As a former owner of a small service company myself, I can tell after one meeting with the company, if they're worth anything. I must say, Bradley TV Repair lived up to the good reviews I looked at. I called to drop off my 32 inch LCD. He was on time at his office. We then discussed what may be wrong with it. His estimate price was one third his nearest competitor. I left it and headed home. Within a few hours I received a call explaining what was wrong and also the particular circuit board was in stock. The next morning I made an appointment picked up my set paid my very reasonable bill. And after running my set for 20 hours straight it works as good as new. What more could you ask from a service company. If you have a set of problems I highly recommend Bradley TV. Jim L. Mchenry, Illinois
