I was told I would get a phone call before the repairman came to my house, however, two young men came to the door without calling first. It was a good thing I was home, otherwise, they might have left. They didn't introduce themselves and didn't appear very professional or friendly. I was charged $84.00 for their coming to my house which, after calling a few other plumbing companies, I found was too high. All in all, not a good experience and I will not use this company again. The management team that came over from Bradley Mechanical was very professional in the way they approached the job and gave their estimate. The workers were also very professional, thorough, and gave a lot of attention to detail. I got a few competitive bid's but they were more thorough in their evaluation of my existing system. I choose them because of their competitive price's and because they did a better job making sure that what they were going to install in my house would meet my needs. more

Bradley Mechanical did a really good job for us. We have a two-story house, with AC and Heating units on each level. Our upstairs AC unit went out and it just happened to be during the hottest time and over a holiday weekend. We called Bradley, but due to the high demand and holiday, they weren't going to be able to come out for a few days. In the meantime, Brad set us up with a window AC unit for our bedroom, so we wouldn't have to stay downstairs or at a hotel. Brad was great about giving us various options. Our house is seventeen years old, and the units we had were all original. He wisely advised us to replace both the upstairs unit as well as the downstairs too. He gave us a package deal for getting it all done at the same time. There was a little bit of sticker shock, it seems like a lot of money but we know that he really did save us money from the bottom to the top. We went with the best system and have been very happy with it. Brad is very professional and took time to answer all of our questions. He also advised us that we were eligible for energy efficient rebates. Brad went ahead and filled those forms out and filed them for us. Bradley Mechanical, with two seperate actions being done and by two different teams gave me exactly what I had wanted from a service business. System is very quiet. Heat is consistent from room to room. Air seems much fresher and house is less dusty. Everybody who has been here says they have slept better here than in their own homes, especially one person who has sleep apnea. Bradley Mechanical is very reliable and the personnel is friendly. I think the business is honest and trustworthy. more

We have been using Bradley Mechanical for a long time and our experience with them has been excellent. They have always maintained our heating and cooling in the 2 houses we have lived in in Richmond. Recently, they replaced the heating and cooling system in our home. They are extremely trustworthy and always very prompt in checking out problems. We have never had any issues with Bradley Mechanical, no complaints whatsoever. We would definitely recommend them. Bradley Mechanical replaced the heat pumps and did some duct work for us. They enlarged some of the ducts that were not efficiently large enough. Brad was great as far as coming out, giving us a quote, and explaining everything. He was very informative. The guys who came out to do the work had great attitudes and they were energetic even though it was very hot. I felt badly for them because they had to go into the attic but they did not complain. They also cleaned up well. Every time I looked in on them, the area they had just worked in was clean. The entire process was so smooth, definitely a positive experience if you have to have this kind of work done. I am glad we went with Bradley Mechanical instead of the other company we looked at. I highly recommend them. You would be nuts if you did not have them do the work. Murray Robinson more
