bad job 5/17/2012

horrible rates - they basically did false advertising and them stuck me with a $150 bill for a 2 minute service....i checked around with local companies and found out that normally this kind of work is $50. also, took them 45 minutes instead of 15 (although the guy told me it would take about 20 minutes). didn't give me a quote ahead of time. more

Rudeness has no place in business 6/28/2011

After doing buisness with these folks for many years one person's actions have made me revise my opinion from very positive to negative in the extreme. more

Fixed lock that was broken by other locksmith 6/24/2011

I took a deadbolt that needed to be re-keyed to Savannah Lock and Key on Tibet Avenue. They replaced the cylinder with the wrong type of cylinder and refused to acknowledge or fix their mistake, stating that I needed to purchase a new ($200) lock to replace it. Bradley Lock and Key was suggested by a manager at Lowe's in Pooler. A friendly employee at Bradley Lock and Key was able to fix the lock quickly for minimal cost, saving me $200! Don't bother with others, go straight to Bradley! more

They specializes in lock repairs, combination locks and rare key duplications as well as antique locks and keys. Also handles automobile locks and combination safes. Theres nothing they cannot handle. Staff has many years of expertise and experience. Has been in business for over 15 years. more
