I took a deadbolt that needed to be re-keyed to Savannah Lock and Key on Tibet Avenue. They replaced the cylinder with the wrong type of cylinder and refused to acknowledge or fix their mistake, stating that I needed to purchase a new ($200) lock to replace it. Bradley Lock and Key was suggested by a manager at Lowe's in Pooler. A friendly employee at Bradley Lock and Key was able to fix the lock quickly for minimal cost, saving me $200! Don't bother with others, go straight to Bradley!
