Worst

Not terrible but not good. They give you a 4 hour time frame instead of an appointment so your pet is sitting in a cage for up to four hours before they groom or bathe them. I ask...

PROTECT YOUR PETS - DON'T GO HERE! 1/28/2012

NEVER GO HERE! \r We brought our two cats there and when we dropped them off I told them how nervous they were and how timid our one cat is. I picked them up I ASKED HOW THEY DID and they said they did good, just didn't like the water like all cats. \r I ASKED do they have fleas? THEY SAID NO, there are no fleas on them. \r We bring them home and our white cat has two red paws - COMPLETELY BLOODY. I called and they said yes they trimmed their nails and they started to bleed because they got cut too short. They put powder on it to make the bleeding stop. THEY NEVER TOLD US WHEN WE PICKED THEM UP!! \r A few days later our other cats hair started falling out! I thought, OK maybe he's having a reaction to the shampoo. I called and asked what product they use so I could tell the vet. THE OWNER says they had a few fleas so that could be why the hair is coming out also. \r WHAT?!?!?! We asked if they had fleas when we picked them up and they said NO! \r Then I said well between this - being lied to more

My dog got hurt more than once 11/29/2010

Every time I've gone (three times) my dog would come back with a decent hair cut, the first time was a poodle cut when we asked NOT to have a poodle cut. We wanted a trim. Second time they left a cut on her side and didn't tell us about it. The third and final time I will ever go there, she had cuts all around her nose, small scars on her skin. (I shouldn't be seeing her skin. I should see fur). She is a poodle so her whiskers should be cut but they were horribly red and looked like they plucked them right out. They didn't say anything about it. I called to complain to hear "I didn't do it." then was told the guy who did would call me back next time he worked. I never got a call back. When my dog gets hurt I don't care "who" did it. The company did and didn't even tell me. Even an "im sorry" doesn't pass it when you hurt my dog... again. I'll never go back and I don't recommend this place at all. I now take my dog to Petsmart. They give you sheets to say how they did on each part of th more

I asked to bring my dog back closer to the time they'd wash him and they said is was better to leave him. I guess that works for them but I'd rather not leave my dog the entire day to come back five hours later ( like I did) and see that he has this creepy haircut. (He looks like he has a bad hairpiece since they didn't touch his head). Won't be going back. I'd rather cut him myself than do all that again. more

Mixed experience 9/25/2005

I have taken my dog there a number of times, and they have done a great grooming job. However, the last two times I took her, I got her back with fleas! However, I'm probably going to go back because they are very friendly, they do a good job, and I'm hoping the flea problem was temporary. . . more

Definetly will take my black lab, there again. Were very friendly and knew how to handle her. She loved it,and is looking forward to going back in the near future. Definetly would (highly) recommend, to anyone, who is thinking about having thier (large or small dog) groomer// washed, etc. more
