Every time I've gone (three times) my dog would come back with a decent hair cut, the first time was a poodle cut when we asked NOT to have a poodle cut. We wanted a trim. Second time they left a cut on her side and didn't tell us about it. The third and final time I will ever go there, she had cuts all around her nose, small scars on her skin. (I shouldn't be seeing her skin. I should see fur). She is a poodle so her whiskers should be cut but they were horribly red and looked like they plucked them right out. They didn't say anything about it. I called to complain to hear "I didn't do it." then was told the guy who did would call me back next time he worked. I never got a call back. When my dog gets hurt I don't care "who" did it. The company did and didn't even tell me. Even an "im sorry" doesn't pass it when you hurt my dog... again. I'll never go back and I don't recommend this place at all. I now take my dog to Petsmart. They give you sheets to say how they did on each part of th
