Boston Foreign Motor

I bought a car from Boston Foreign Motors, in June 2011. And I can honestly say this, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. Along with the car, they insisted that we purchase the extended warranty through them. We trusted them and went as they recommended. This year (almost after a year) I called the warranty company because I had an issue with the car and came to find out that the warranty did not even exist. I spoke to Shaun, the sales person there and then to the owner Milat, however they both insisted that I did not buy the warranty, when I clearly have the warranty papers in my hands. After going back and forth.. Milat finally confessed that he had forgotten to put the warranty in the system and that he would do it that day. However I had to wait two weeks to file a claim. Milat was supposed to call us back to confirm and never did. My husband and I called him many times and each time ..we were told that he was either not in the office or away from his desk. It was at that moment my husband and I decided to confront him in his office When confronted, Milat asked us to leave his office and that he would not help us. I told him the reason why we were so upset was because I have an infant that I need to take to the doctor pretty often for check ups and that I was concerned that the car might be unsafe to drive. He showed no remorse and ordered us to leave his office. He clearly told us that he would not help us. We are considering taking him to the court. more

Hands down the best dealership int own!! I have had some interesting, to say the least ,car buying experiences in my life, but I can not compare any one to my experience with Boston Foreign Motor! I have purchased 3 cars so far, my most resent a 2010 Acura MDX with BFM. I had VERY high demands when it came to the style and price I was looking for. I wanted particular colors, technology systems etc. BFM found me an EXACT match to what I was looking for plus more! They went above and beyond all my expectations! \r Everyone has had bad experiences when buying cars, but I can attest to not having one glitch when working with BFM. The staff, from beginning to end, were very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would not think twice about recommending BFM. I almost couldn't believe the service I was getting. I bought a used car and a few small things needed to be replaced. The sales person agreed to a short list of conditions, the finance guy agreed to the same conditions, and, when I paid for the car and picked it up a few days later, none of the conditions that we agreed upon were met. They said if I didn't like it, then I could go pay more elsewhere, that they didn't need to meet the conditions they agreed to because they had to maintain a level of profitability. Coercive, discourteous, and misleading are the words I would use to describe the way in which business is conducted at this dealership. They have attractive prices, but be forewarned that the sales tactics utilized are less than professional. more

I found the BMW 645 ci, with only 20,000 miles online, the first thing i did, was email Boston Foreign Motor, and was surprised to see that they had replied within minutes.... my sales guy, Shahab, was very professional and was quick to give me all the information i needed before heading to the dealership to make a final decision... when i got to the location (kind of small, but nice), Shahab had all of my trade info ready as well as the info on the car i wanted to purchase...The car was amazingly clean, and was all i wanted...... Milad the finance guy got me a really low rate, and had my papers done within a half hour.... i was amazed how a small place could be so efficient and professional... when its time for another car, i wouldnt go anywhere else!!
