I bought a used car and a few small things needed to be replaced. The sales person agreed to a short list of conditions, the finance guy agreed to the same conditions, and, when I paid for the car and picked it up a few days later, none of the conditions that we agreed upon were met. They said if I didn't like it, then I could go pay more elsewhere, that they didn't need to meet the conditions they agreed to because they had to maintain a level of profitability. Coercive, discourteous, and misleading are the words I would use to describe the way in which business is conducted at this dealership. They have attractive prices, but be forewarned that the sales tactics utilized are less than professional.
