Great doctors and staff 4/6/2016

I was recommended to Dr. Borash when I got my first dog. My dog had developed some serious health issues within a year after I got him and Dr. Borash and his staff were amazing at caring for him. more

Amazing doctor and staff! 8/26/2015

When it comes to pets, Dr. Borash is the go-to doctor. The staff there is absolutely amazing and they always go above and beyond what is expected. They're compassionate, and Dr. Borash has even come out to my home on several major holidays to care for my pet. more

Borash is a con artist 12/23/2014

I brought my dog to Borash for a couple of years for routine things, or so I thought was routine things. He constantly made a big deal about her ears needing to be flushed, her anal glands being impacted, and her teeth needing dental work. I fell for it for a little while and brought my dog in thinking, ok, this is he 3rd teeth cleaning in a year, she should be all set. I drew the line when my dog was almost 14 and he wanted to do MORE dental work. When I told him I was uncomfortable with putting a 14 year old dog under anesthesia for dental work, he became very defensive. I decided to change vets, and I still have yet to receive my records for her. I have been requesting her medical chart for over a year, and they always say "we will mail it when it is reviewed." They are LIARS because I still don't have her medical records. My new vet requested them as well, same answer, no records. Borash is also a little weird. I don't know why he felt the need to be so touchy feely with m more

I have paid every bill to that office and he still won't release my dog's chart. HORRIBLE service, HORRIBLE vet, and a total CON ARTIST!! This man milked me out of thousands of dollars...stay away!!!! more

I think I know why... 3/2/2011

I think I know why there are many, many great recommendations for Borash, and then some really bad ones... We have been taking our animals to Borash for six years now, and they have been nothing but wonderful, wonderful, wonderful to them. However, I recognize that Dr. Borash has a pretty aggressive approach, and genuinely wants to do the most he can do (which leads to very expensive solutions). But if you are clear with him about your desire to focus on quality of life for your pet, or, clear about your limitations, he is fine with that.... I put it this way, sometimes you think your surgeon is perhaps arrogant and high-priced, but don't you want the best in a surgeon?? Often times the best are arrogant and high-priced.. Anyway, I will continue to take my animals there.. and BTW, his staff is NOTHING but the kindest, sweetest folks I've ever encountered... if they ever seemed rude to you, its because they are soooooo dang busy... more

Borash Veterinary? THE BEST 9/17/2010

I have known Dr. Borash for over 30 years, and during that time I have gotten to know him and his office staff very well. Over the years, I have had many animals and always felt that the care and treatment of my animals given by Dr. Borash and his staff has been exceptional. I feel comfortable calling anytime with any questions or concerns; dropping by the office without an appointment - even for just a simple question or concern. In an emergency, there is never a doubt that I won't get an appointment immediately. Dr. Borash never does any unnecessary treatment; he works with you individually depending on your situation. He takes the time to explain each situation and ultimately come to the best treatment for you and your animal. I now have a 3 yr. old dog; 7 month old puppy and a 7 yr. old cat. My animals are part of my family and having the best care for them is very important to me. I would highly recommend Borash Veterinary Clinic if you want the best care for your animals al more

Borash Veterinary Clinic is a wonderful hospital 8/26/2010

I cannot thank Dr. Borash and Dr. Hutchings and the staff at Borash Veterinary Clinic enough for all they have done for our cat Ciggy. Plain and simple, he wouldn't be alive now if it weren't for them. And this isn't the first time that they have saved his life. They've given him years that he otherwise wouldn't have. This time however, he was in pretty bad shape, knockin' on Heaven's door, and somehow BVC brought him back around. I brought him home last night and you should've seen the look on my wife's face when he came walking up to her in the kitchen. We both have had real heavy hearts thinking we might not see him again, and there he was, our black fuzzy friend rubbing against her leg and she was just smiling and crying some happy tears of joy. Ciggy is the first pet I've had since I was a kid and I'd forgotten how much love and enjoyment an animal can bring into your life. We've come to love him so much that it was hard just wondering if he was going to make it this time. Even ou more

Best place for cats! 8/24/2010

My cat feels so much better! I left my cats to board there while I went away, and one of them needed to be groomed because she had so many knots on her. The staff was exceptional, they took great care of my cats while I was away, and gave my cat a "lion clip"! She looks and feels so much better! I have had pets for 30+ years and have never had service like I get from Borash's staff - they love pets, and didn't make me feel bad that my cat was overweight or had knots - I was very pleased! more
