Connecting shower heads in two bathrooms. 8/1/2014

Jason took care in installing the shower heads we ordered a couple of weeks ago. He showed me how they worked and cleaned up perfectly! He is a true advocate for the products and services provided by Bonfe. I will ask for him again when I need service in his expertise area. more

My service technician was Kyle. He was prompt, gracious, and ready to work. He explained what he would be doing, then did it quickly and thoroughly. He put protective covers on before walking in my house, and he put everything back in order when the job was completed. As a bonus, he showed me how to change my thermostat batteries! Kyle did a great job, was pleasant while doing it, and wished me a great day when he left. This the kind of service I count on from Bonfe's, and it's one of the reasons I have a contract with them. more

Adam helped us last month with complicated AC/Furnace problems in our new home. We didn't know very much about these appliances, of which there are several, but he was able to find and service each one. He also let us know the need to replace some of them in the near future and the reasons for this, and even made a diagram of each one, their locations and correct thermostat for each area of the house, etc. He was courteous, clean and understandable in layman's terms. I could not believe the time he took to track down some puzzling problems and ultimately he solved them. I would definitely trust him with our AC/Furnace problems, their replacements and so on. more

Our furnace conked out on the coldest night of the year (Jan. 5 and 6). Bonfe's told us a technician would arrive at 7 a.m., and Jake N. showed up right on time; he may have even been a little early, which was great. He quickly diagnosed the problem and told us that it would require replacing a part -- a part that he already had in stock in his van. After making the repairs, he told us what we could expect over the next few hours as the furnace worked to catch up to its thermostat setting. Jake N. was prompt, friendly and professional. Air Conditioning fixed fast 6/21/2013

Andy from Bonfe's arrived at my residence exactly when the dispatcher had said the Tech woudl show. With-in minutes Andy had diagnosed the problem, got on the phone with his office and let me know right away what needed to be done. Changing out the compressor took about three hours and right now I'm writing this in my nice 74 degree home. Its 82 and EXTREMELY humid. I would recommend Bonfe's to anyone more
