We had a beeping carbon monoxide detector off & on with a housesitter being the only person there. She made the call to Bonfe explaining the problem but half expecting them to tell her to take 2 aspirin, go to bed & call a dr. in the morning. But they deed not! Instead they sent a technician to check out the problem immediately. Zach was the tech & had been there before so we felt a little better knowing it was him. While Zach did a great job the first time he was there, this time was a "whole 'nother" situation. Second only to Mother Nature, carbon monoxide alarms are nothing to fool with or treat lightly. Zach turned our house upside down, testing every thing that was plugged in or powered in any way, just to reassure everyone that he could not find any reason for the alarm to behave as it did. Then he went on to explain in depth about the current alarm, its age, capabilities & so on. He answered every question she could think of (& believe me, she can think of alot of questions) as patient as a saint. Zach explained it once & then summarized it for her as well. Of course, as he should do, he recommended the Carbon Monoxide Alarm from Bonfe. We were very impressed & intend to actually take him up on his recommendation when we have seen ourselves clear a few other hurdles of home repair that attacked us earlier this spring. We really do have "peace of mind" as your Peace of Mind level customers & that's tough to put a price on. So,once again & again & again Bonfe, thank you! Be sure to thank Zach for us as well. We were customers in need & he was our hero indeed!
