I am extremely pleased with the wonderful service I received from Trevor the service master from Bonfe's. as a home owner of three properties, I really don't have time or patience for breakdowns..and from start to finish Trevor was very professional, honest and very helpful. Unfortunatly for me, I will probably have to buy a new A/C unit, I will be SO calling Bonfe to perform that work. I'm also excited for the service plan I purchased...great to know I have someone to come to my townhouse and check things over for me!!! GREAT JOB! KUDOS to your team!! more

I can't say enough about how well everything went. From Aaron's initial proposal to final installation, everything went better than expected. I now have the best HVAC system in our neighborhood. Someday, the old furnace is our addition will need to be replace. You can count on me calling Bonfe when that day comes. more

i just wanted to comment on the great service that i recieved from bonfe's. i am in the process of finnishing an attic. i have delt with plumbers, drywallers, electricians, and have found it not to be the most pleasant experience. aaron was timely, friendly and very helpful. jake and jon worked on the actual instulation. they were always on time, friendly, amusing at times, and even cleaned up, after i told them i would. i will recommend bonfes not only for the resonable priceing, but for the excellent service. thanks so much jill hohenstein more

most complete solution 1/24/2011

Our rambler has a main furnace/central air system and an addition with a separate furnace and wall A/C unit. Our main HVAC system was 25 years old and close to failing. We also lacked cold air returns, making it difficult to consistently heat/cool the house throughout the year. With that, I set out to replace our main HVAC system and add returns throughout the house. more

great!! Today was my 4th or 5th visit from a Bonfe employee in the past 4 years and I'm still very happy with my results. Mike Bensen serviced my AC today and gave me helpful,up-to-date information. The dispatcher also helped me with last minute scheduling too - very cheerfully. Thanks for all you do!! more

I just wanted to compliment the serviceman 12/24/2010

I just wanted to compliment the serviceman that came to my place last night to fix my washer. Unfortunately, I don't know his name but he was great. First of all he arrived about 7:30 P.M., long after his work day should have ended. He took the washer front off to show me exactly what was wrong and offered me several tips on how to keep it clean and runnng smoothly. He then turned to my dryer and suggested a ""zero clearance duct"" that would help to prevent a fire in my dryer. He drew a diagram so my husband would know how to install it. As he walked through the kitchen to the front door he stopped and gave me tips about my dish washer, glass-top stove and my microwave!I have never had this kind of service before. I think this man is a very valuable employee that you should be thankful to have on your staff! more

Mike was the service tech. who helped us today - and he was professional, friendly and very easy to work with. He explained things in such a way as to not talk down but with me regarding the issues at hand. Offered services I was not aware of - overall was very satisfied with the work completed. more

I've been singing Bonfe's praises every day. The furnace installed is SO wonderful. We wake up to a warm house every morning, the kids never complain about being cold, and our heat bills are so much less. more

I am so extremely impressed! I called Bonfe today because Bryan D is a friend of ours, but we had never used Bonfe before. Tom K came today and repaired our air conditioning unit. I can't get over how professional and knowledgeable he was. Everything was handled so quickly as well. I also signed up for the peace of mind plan and am so glad I thought to call Bonfe. A very satisfied customer 8/27/2010

Just a quick comment. We had an employee, Mike Benson I believe, out to check on our cooling system leak. Not only did he fix the problem but he couldn't have been any more professional and classy.
