I just wanted to compliment the serviceman that came to my place last night to fix my washer. Unfortunately, I don't know his name but he was great. First of all he arrived about 7:30 P.M., long after his work day should have ended. He took the washer front off to show me exactly what was wrong and offered me several tips on how to keep it clean and runnng smoothly. He then turned to my dryer and suggested a ""zero clearance duct"" that would help to prevent a fire in my dryer. He drew a diagram so my husband would know how to install it. As he walked through the kitchen to the front door he stopped and gave me tips about my dish washer, glass-top stove and my microwave!I have never had this kind of service before. I think this man is a very valuable employee that you should be thankful to have on your staff!
