Bohemian Brewery & Grill Inc

This is a neat place! I loved it. Great spot after a motorcycle ride to have some food and beer. The beer was some of the best I've had in Utah. And the food was very unexpected. Great pasta and fantastic fish and chips. I wasn't open during the winter but they have an out door patio that I would love to check out when the weather's a tad better. A must if you're in Midvale. Been to many brewpubs, this one does not match up. Beer was drinkable, but not fantastic. Ordered garlic fries - they were soggy and had no chunks of garlic!? Pizza was medium thick crust and not enough sauce. Not planning to return anytime soon. Pros: nice lodgy building Cons: out of the way, bad music more

went there last night for the 1st time. It's not often that a new restaurant really pleases but this one did. Very cool atmosphere and great german food. I felt like I was in some pub in the alps. Great service too. I had brats and sauerkraut... Excellent! The only downside was the price.. it was a bit expensive for us college students (10-20$ a plate). But overall, I'd highly recommend it. I heard a myth that there was good beer in Utah. I didn't believe it until I found the Bohemian. What a cool place to go along with the great beers! I was lucky enough to be there while the brewery was churning out that great beer brewing smell. Once you're there you know it's authentic. The food is outstanding. True European goodness. Oh, and the pear salad is amazing! The thing that really suprised me (other than the beer and the food) was the cool artwork on the walls... not what I expected. I give this 3 thumbs up! A great place for a date or just to have a snack at the bar and grab a beer while watching motorcycle racing on the satelite. I wish this place was in San Francisco!!! I, like a ton of you out there, have passed right by the Bohemian a million times on 72nd South and been curious about what's going on in there - - It looks so inviting from the street looking in... All nice, warm and woodsy... You're in for a real treat when you pull up to either a table or into to the cozy bar area. I have yet to sample a plate of food that hasn't satisfied me! And there's plenty that I have yet to try! And to top it off, you can't go wrong with any of their brews. The Wiess is a personal fave. Take a wander upstairs to check out all the scooters and goodies after you've completely stuffed yourself. Scooters, a fireplace, a bar with sports playing, delicious food and tasty beers in a cozy atmosphere.. what's not to like??? Pros: Service, Ambience: Date-worthy, Open on Sunday! more
