I heard a myth that there was good beer in Utah. I didn't believe it until I found the Bohemian. What a cool place to go along with the great beers! I was lucky enough to be there while the brewery was churning out that great beer brewing smell. Once you're there you know it's authentic. The food is outstanding. True European goodness. Oh, and the pear salad is amazing! The thing that really suprised me (other than the beer and the food) was the cool artwork on the walls... not what I expected. I give this 3 thumbs up! A great place for a date or just to have a snack at the bar and grab a beer while watching motorcycle racing on the satelite. I wish this place was in San Francisco!!!
Pros: Best Beer in Utah, Eclectic, not a chain, Close to Skiing
